Who this policy covers
This policy describes information handled through the Shaolin Arts website by Shaolin Arts, LLC, at 8271 W. Lake Pleasant Pkwy, Suite 101, Peoria, AZ 85382. The Peoria school is operated by Shaolin Arts, LLC. The Vicksburg location is separately operated by Zoran Nadzakovic.
Information you provide
Class and coaching inquiries ask for your first and last name, phone number, email address and program interest. Coaching inquiries may include your training goals. General contact messages include your contact details and message. Newsletter signup asks for your first name and email address. Please do not include medical records, payment details or other sensitive information in website messages.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to answer questions, discuss training and arrange your next step. Our team may follow up by phone, email or text about your inquiry. Peoria inquiry records support lead management and marketing analysis. Requesting information or a class does not by itself subscribe you to our newsletter.
Newsletter choices
You can request newsletters through the signup form or the optional newsletter checkbox on a class inquiry. New subscribers receive an email asking them to confirm. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Existing unsubscribed contacts are not automatically resubscribed when they submit an inquiry.
Referral and marketing information
Our inquiry system can record the page and button that led to a submission, referral source, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers. First-touch and last-touch information help us understand how people discover the school. Optional referral storage, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement are subject to your measurement choice. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text messages are excluded from our custom analytics events; they remain in the operational inquiry records where needed to respond. We do not use this measurement for personalized advertising. With your measurement permission, Google Ads enhanced conversions can use securely hashed contact details, such as your email address and phone number, to match inquiries to advertising interactions. This matching is separate from our custom Google Analytics event parameters. We also measure article searches, outbound links and downloads to understand which information visitors find useful.
Cookies, browser storage and security
The site uses browser storage to remember form attempts and privacy choices. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, and Turnstile helps detect automated submissions. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request data. Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only after you accept measurement. You can accept or decline using the bottom banner and change your choice through Privacy choices in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry. The private migration preview uses restricted test workflows; production tracking remains inactive.
Services that handle information
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and inquiry storage. Zapier transfers submissions to their intended destinations and sends team notifications. Peoria class and coaching inquiries are sent to GymDesk for lead management and to a Google spreadsheet for follow-up and marketing analysis. Mailchimp handles requested newsletters. General contact messages go to our team by email. These services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Vicksburg inquiries
Vicksburg inquiries go to Zoran Nadzakovic at vicksburgms@shaolinarts.com, with a copy to the Shaolin Arts team at info@shaolinarts.com. The Vicksburg form is separate from the Peoria lead workflow. Zoran operates the Vicksburg location independently; contact him about his handling of information after receipt and about local training arrangements.
Videos and external websites
The site links to external services and includes YouTube videos that load when you choose to play them. Those services may receive technical information and apply their own privacy policies. Device-based article listening uses your browser or operating system’s speech feature; its handling of speech depends on your device and selected voice.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact us through the Contact page to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify your request and will review it in light of applicable requirements, including any records we need to retain for legal obligations or unresolved matters.
Children and family inquiries
Parents or guardians should submit inquiries for children. Website contact and newsletter forms are intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact our team so we can investigate and address it.
